Two Pick To Ten Pick

In most of the loom it is possible to run only a single yarn weft from each accumulator. To increase the productivity and to meet the demand of customers, the weaving mills have started using parallel weft running method. For that purpose doubled packages are used which involves one extra process and increase the cost of yarn. In parallel yarn usage the breakage of one yarn may not get noticed and may affect the quality of the fabrics. Instead of using doubled yarn, one accumulator (Preventor, IRO) for each yarn can be used, but again the cost of adding a number of accumulators is an additional investment. HILL ELECTRONICS has developed a PARALLEL PICK INSERTION CONTROL SYSTEM which is installed on TOYOTA, PICKNOL, DORNIER , SULZER AND TSUDAKOMA AIR JET LOOMS which is working successfully for last ten years.
